Who Is

ALeXa?

I’m a Panamanian-American artist and graphic designer drawn to playful, expressive work that doesn’t take itself too seriously. My work started with playful, sculptural paintings, where I was drawn to experimenting with texture, color, and form in ways that felt tactile and a little unexpected.

Over time, that same curiosity led me into graphic design, where I became interested in how visuals, motion, and storytelling can communicate ideas in a clear and engaging way.

Today, my work blends conceptual thinking with hands-on execution across digital design and motion. I’m especially interested in creating work that feels both intentional and expressive.

I hold a dual degree in Economics and Studio Art from the University of Vermont, which shapes how I approach design—balancing creativity with structure, research, and problem-solving.
